Believe It is an ESN (Digital Services Company, formerly SSII) with agile methods. Based in Montpellier and Paris, it offers its technical expertise to meet the IT development assistance needs of companies, and develops adapted and innovative solutions based on the skills of its team.
Our vision
At Believe It, we don’t operate under a pyramidal structure, but instead employ an agile organization where everyone can propose ans express their opinions on the company’s choices. We are not only a liberated company, but also one that liberates. We have no bosses here, but a manager whose role is the same as a Scrum Master’s: a facilitator. « Because we ain’t got time for suffering, ok! »
